The term “Warranty” for Dorelan has an important meaning and is considered a real commitment to all customers.           
All Dorelan mattress, regardless of the lines, are warranty against defects resulting from the production process that might occur during the 10 years following the exact date of delivery of the product.

Within the First Two Years of purchase            
Dorelan (Hong Kong) will repair (or replace at Dorelan’s option) without charge to the original purchaser, any manufacturing fault specified herein.            
                        
After the First Two Year of purchase            
Dorelan (Hong Kong) will repair ( or replace at Dorelan’s s option ) the Dorelan mattress or foundation with c manufacturing fault as specified herein at a charge of 10% of the prevailing list price multiplied by the total number of years owned.            
                        
Transportation            
All transportation charges for warranty service will be met by the purchaser during the 10 year warranty period.            
                        
Availability of identical materials            
If identical materials are not available at the time of repair or replacement,            
Dorelan reserves the right to substitute materials of equal of similar quality.            
                        
Getting Warranty service            
Please click “Customer Service” in this website, then “Online warranty registration” to complete the registration within 14 days after    acknowledgement receipt of the product.            
Alternatively, you may complete and return this warranty card with a copy of invoice to us within 14 days after acknowledgement receipt of the product.            
Please keep the original sales invoice to validate the warranty.            
                   
Remark:            
* The warranty coverage starts from the date of delivery.            
* Both sales invoice and warranty card must be presented to identify the product model and validate this warranty.            
* Dorelan (H.K.) reserves the right to deny warranty coverage if the said supporting documents are not presented.            

Dimensions and weights of the bidding products
Dimensions and weights are approximate, with an accepted tolerance of +/- 2cm

This warranty covers
* The following specific manufacturing faults under conditions of normal wear            
* Coils or wires that are loose or broken            
* Coils or wires that protrude or tear through any fabric            
                        
This warranty does not covers:
Covers (including stains, soiling and burns)
Damage due to abuse and/or mishandling
Handles-these should be used only to position the mattress and should not be used to support the full weight of the matters
Border wires bent due to moving or folding the mattress/sleep set            
Products sold as “display item” or “less than half price”
Personal feelings and preferences for mattress comfort    
Mattress damage due to on inappropriate foundation            
Product that is shipped outside Hong Kong            
Normal body indentations—less than 38mm
