Myform
Dorelan’s patented material, designed and developed exclusively by Dorelan, is a product with several innovative advantages; not only is it a memory foam that provides perfect and durable support, in line with natural ecological requirements, but it also has the highest level of environmental protection awarded by the European Union (EU) in the form of the Oeko-Tex Standard 100 Class 1, which has led to the series being awarded the EU and world-class medical certification; this level of material is usually only used in top quality mattresses. During the manufacturing process, Myform eliminates the toxic volatile compounds produced during the petrochemical process, eliminating any health hazards and environmental pollution. Through a unique washing process, millions of holes are punched into the high-density polyurethane foam, forming a unique open cell structure that allows moisture and heat to escape from the body and increases breathability. Moreover, Myform has excellent elasticity and ductility, which not only provides good support, but also fully conforms to the ergonomic material characteristics, which are not available in similar products.

Myform water-soluble compression foam series, Myform water-soluble compression foam is the latest third generation of high-tech materials after latex and memory foam, and is also a patented material jointly developed by Dorelan Laboratories and the University of Bologna, Italy.
Myform’s water-soluble pressure release foam is produced through an advanced process that uses water as a catalyst to create a water-based polyurethane, which offers greater comfort, breathability, wrapping, temperature sensation, durability, and support than ordinary foam, latex, memory foam, and other materials.
Myform water-soluble compression release cotton has been awarded the first ergonomic certification by the Italian government; it has also been awarded the CE medical certification and Oeko-Tex Standard 100 Class 1 environmental non-toxicity certification; and it has been included in the list of environmentally friendly products that are recognized as not affecting the human body’s “health care” level by major hospitals in Italy, France, the United Kingdom, Germany, and other European Union hospitals.

The new pocketed spring system ensures long-lasting personalized support, superior ergonomics and comfortable cushioning for each customer. The seven-section, individually pocketed spring arrangement of the individual pocketed springs allows the mattress to provide better support.
Individually pocketed coils are packed in small pockets to ensure spring independence and greater comfort.
In Dorelan Next technology, based on the technical improvements of the traditional pocketed spring, a segmented arrangement was developed to provide even more comfort than the traditional.
Dorelan Next technology spring technology provides the traditional support of a spring mattress with the added flexibility of wrapping the entire body. Pocketed spring mattresses are designed to conform to the spine, properly support the body and prevent back and muscle pain. One of the benefits of the Pocketed Spring Mattress is that ventilation within the mattress is better than traditional due to a new ventilator belt design that utilizes a ventilator.
Dorelan Next technology offers a line of mattresses made from individual steel pocketed springs that are placed one after the other in a breathable fabric. The mattresses also feature seven different support zones that respond to different pressures exerted by the body. The individual springs are encapsulated in a Box System structure made of water-soluble polyurethane foam foam, which provides superior breathability and abrasion resistance. Both sides of the mattress structure are enclosed by another type of water-soluble polyurethane foam, which, thanks to its 7 different support zones, allows for perfect distribution of the body weight and a feeling of comfort and relaxation.
