Warranty Service
1. Dorelan mattresses carry a 10-year warranty against spring system damage, manufacturing defects and workmanship only. ( Excluding display & super specials items )
2. During the warranty period, the customer is required to pay for the checking & transportation costs,inspection fee starts from HK$500 each time.
3. This warranty applies only to mattress damage, manufacturing defects and workmanship and does not cover any zipper and fabric damage. The warranty period depends on the model and is printed on the warranty card.

Bed Frame Warranty & Repair
* Bed frame under normal use, we provide a two-year bed frame structure warranty, including bed frame structure and hydraulic arm, warranty is calculated from the date of delivery, customers must provide a valid original invoice to joy the warranty on the goods.
* Bed frame inspection fee starts from HK500 (if there is a structural problem within first 365 days, we will provide maximum 1 free inspection).
* The warranty is valid in Hong Kong ONLY.
* Dorelan(H.K) reserves the right to decide the repair service to be taken place at the end user’s premise or the factory.
Bed frame is not subject to warranty coverage and notes
* Maintenance coverage does not include any transportation costs
* Any fabric, leather and sponge or chemical fiber cotton, is not covered by the warranty, if on-site inspection is subject to a separate charge.
* Damage or stains on sewing threads or on fabric, leather, etc. is not covered by the warranty.
While delivering and signing for the goods, the delivery peoples will ask the consignee to inspect the relevant goods in detail to ensure that the whose products include fabric or leather is free of any damage and stains and sign for receipt.
Therefore, any stains or damage found in by the customer after signing will not be our responsibility.
*Any accidental, misuse or intentional damages causing malfunction.
* The delivery address of the ordered goods is different, the bed frame has been unreasonably used, improper or negligent cleaning, handling, normal wear and tear caused by long-term use, natural or man-made accidents or disasters, or has been damaged by any person other than the company. Repairs or modifications by designated technicians.
Instructions and suggestions for bed frame maintenance
*The fabric or leather is not suitable for exposure to the sun.
* Fabrics or leathers should not be cleaned with chemicals and should be washed with clean water.
* Dorelan(H.K) will conduct inspections in response to structural problems raised by customers regarding the product. After inspection, Dorelan (HK) will have full discretion to determine whether the product is suitable for warranty coverage and reserves the right to make the final decision.。
* Dorelan(H.K) reserves the right to ultimately revise the terms and conditions of this warranty.
